Our Destilery

Distilled six times in a mixed stainless steel alembic and copper columns to obtain 60% of the base fermented honey alcohol. Macerated with our 13 botanicals, being the juniper (juniperus communis), our star.

Aging and Blending

After six months aged in 100% American Oak, we blended with one of the most pure water stream in the world, The Patagonian Glaciers.
